TERMS OF SERVICE
– All digital files are delivered in 4K .mp4, .mov format rendered in H264 & H265 codecs. Decoding in other resolution(s) and codecs possible by additional request.
– We use professional gear such as ZCAM S6 cinema camera & Panasonic GH6 with up to 120fps 4K possibilities.
– All our videos filmed with good lenses in well lit studio setups.
– All our content is unique and made for variations of specific purposes. All depicted models are 18 years old or older.
– “Custom / Custom Commercial Video” is a Custom footage made by request. Standard processing time is 7-14 days or more depending on complexity. The “Fast Processing Time” option is available (2-5 days) for selected categories.
All Custom videos (except private ones) includes Royalty Free&Commercial licenses. Signing of commercial mutual agreement is possible for both parties. Please use “Send a Request” form for describing your idea in details prior to order.
– “Stock Videos” Category contains ready-to-download videos in FullHD and 4K quality. You will receive the link immediately after purchase. Royalty Free license includes for all files.
– Personal Greetings, Hold Your Sign videos and Prank category contains offers of our custom services. Please use “Send a Request” form for describing your idea in details prior to order. Standard processing time is 7-14 days and 2-5 days with “Fast Processing Time” option.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
– The video file is broken without possibility to recover
– Mismatch with advertised quality and final product (noisy image, no audio, bad editing)
– Video not received in time/Broken link without possibility to receive updated (working) one
– Partial refund is possible during the creation stage, after excluding the cost of supplies&preparations.
